to Emeritus Shepherds.
We are a
small, selective breeder of World Class German Shepherd Dogs. Quality
is never compromised.
We
subscribe to the principles of Max von Stephanitz,
breed founder, who conceived the German Shepherd Dog as a
high-performance working dog with keen intelligence, confidence,
courage, mental stability, attentiveness, versatility, sound
structure and efficient movement. These characteristics are of
utmost importance, regardless of whether you choose a dog for show,
sport, work or as an active family
companion.
Campbellville is located within the Niagara
Escarpment, a World Biosphere Reserve, and offers the perfect
environment for dogs. Our 100 acre property is surrounded by
large tracts of bio-diverse conservation land. Our dogs enjoy
daily hikes through the forest, swims in our ponds and evenings in
our home.
We
actively train, show and trial our dogs within North America.
Easy, Vita and Bonny also competed in Germany, The Netherlands and
Yugoslavia.
We are
members of the SV (Verein für Deutsche Schäferhunde),
United Schutzhund Clubs of America, German
Shepherd Schutzhund Club of Canada and
Canadian Kennel Club.
Visits
can be arranged by appointment only. Campbellville
is an easy 20 minute drive from Toronto's Pearson International
Airport.
